Reason

Therapy can be a place to work through things when they have become too much. This may be as a result of relationship or work challenges or unexpected events like loss, infertility, or illness. Others may feel disconnected from themselves and experience depression or anxiety or face questions around faith or sexuality.

Reconnection

In a harsh world, we often hide parts of ourselves for protection. Therapy offers a safe space to bring your whole self, even the parts you’ve hidden or may not particularly like, and explore them with compassion and acceptance.

Relationship

In-session dynamics often reveal valuable insights into a client’s self-perception and relationships. Working with these dynamics can be a meaningful resource during the work because it can deepen one’s understanding of oneself and how they relate to others.
